Every year we test for CAE and we tested negative again this year for the whole herd in January of 2024
Raising dairy goats has been Terri's hobby since 1988. She loves the goats and says it is good therapy for her.
I have been doing this with Terri since 2011.
We have made a good team working together and always working towards Terri's dream of having a National Champion.
We don't know if we will ever reach that goal but we will keep working hard at it.

Majenli Lamancha Sales Policy
Sales Policy As of 1-1-24
If you make an agreement with us to purchase a kid that is not born yet, we require a $100. deposit for any reservation made for a kid. Balance of purchase is due within 7 days of the birth of the kid. Arrangements must be made to either pick up or have the kid transported to the buyer within 30 days of birth unless other arrangements have been made with Majenli Lamanchas.
If a buyer makes an agreement to purchase a live animal from Majenli Lamanchas, the total cost of the purchase is due at the time of agreement, and the purchased animals must be picked up or transported by or to the buyer within 7 days of purchase agreement unless other arrangements have been made with Majenli Lamanchas. If purchase has been made but buyer has not picked up or had animals trasported within the required pickup window, or agreed date of pickup, there will be a boarding fee of $30 per week per animal.
If within 7 days of agreed delivery or pickup date has passed and we have no communication with the buyer with a confirmed pickup date, the buyer forfeits their purchase and a refund will be given minus the $100 per animal required deposit on all purchased animals,and any boarding fees accumulated past the agreed pickup date.
